  • Email address — so we can reply to your enquiry.

  • Company or employer (optional) — only if you choose to share it.
  • Your message — the short description of what you would like to change.

We do not collect data automatically. There is no analytics, no advertising pixels, and no third-party tracking on this site. We do not use cookies for analytics.

Consent choice stored in your browser

When you first arrive, a small banner invites you to accept or dismiss the consent notice. That preference is kept locally in your own browser under the key lffw_consent_v1 (in localStorage). This is the only browser storage item we use. Dismissing the banner does not switch off any site feature — it only hides the banner.

Purposes and legal bases

  • Responding to your enquiry — we process the data you submit in the form to answer your question about financial planning or employee wellness. The legal basis is your consent, given when you submit the form, and our legitimate interest in replying to a person who contacted us.
  • Remembering your consent choice — stored only in your browser, not on our servers.

We do not use your data for marketing, profiling, or automated decision-making.

Where your data goes

The enquiry form posts your message to our own form handler at /api/inquiry on this same domain. Your data is not sent to any third party. It is used only to read and respond to your enquiry. We do not share, sell, or transfer your personal data.

Retention

We keep enquiry messages and our replies for as long as needed to answer you and for a reasonable period afterwards (up to 24 months) in case follow-up is needed. After that, we delete the message and any reply. If you ask us to delete it sooner, we will.

Your rights under the PDPA

You have the right to access, correct, copy, delete, or object to the processing of your personal data, and the right to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email info@lucid-fernpoint.click with the subject “Data request”. We will reply within 30 days.

Security

Enquiry data is transmitted over HTTPS to our own handler. We do not store payment card details — no payment is taken through this website.

Children

This site and our services are aimed at adults in employment. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes to this policy

If we change what we do, we will update this page and the “last updated” date above.
