Process

Four steps, no jargon, no sale

Financial wellness guidance works best when it is boring and repeatable. Here is the whole process before you contact us — nothing is hidden behind a form.

01

First conversation

A short call or email exchange to understand whether you are an employee asking for yourself or an employer looking at staff support. We settle on the thing you want to shift first — your monthly budget, your debts, or your savings — and confirm there is no cost for this first talk.

02

Budget review

We look at a real payslip and a real month of spending. Fixed costs are separated from flexible spending, and we check what is left over before agreeing on anything. Nothing is judged; the numbers do the talking.

03

A written one-page plan

You leave with a single page: your budget, the order your debts will be paid, and one named savings goal. It is written so you can follow it next month without us — and so you can change it when life changes.

04

A short follow-up

About four weeks later we check in once: did the budget hold, where did it slip, and what needs adjusting. Further sessions are available if you want them, but the plan is designed to stand on its own.

“A plan you can't explain to yourself next month is not a plan. We write it down so you can.”
