Financial planning consultations and money-management guidance
Lucid Fern Financial Wellness works with individual employees and with employers who want to offer financial wellness support to staff. Sessions are guidance, not investment management — we help people build and keep a budget, sequence their debts, and set a savings goal they can defend.
One-to-one budgeting consultation
A private session where we sit down with one real payslip and one real month of outgoings, then agree on a budget the employee can follow without daily tracking. We keep it in plain language and write the plan down so it can be reused.
- Net pay walked through, line by line
- Standing costs kept apart from flexible spending
- A weekly review, not a daily tally
- A one-page plan you take home with you

Debt sequencing and savings goals
Every loan — credit cards, hire purchase, and informal borrowing — goes onto one list, ordered by what it truly costs, and cleared in an order you can justify to yourself. Once the most expensive debt is clear, we build a small emergency fund before naming a real savings goal.
- All debts listed by interest and fees, not by balance
- A repayment order the employee can explain
- A small emergency fund before any new goal
- One named goal — school costs, a home deposit, a calmer December
Employer financial wellness sessions
For employers in Chonburi and the Eastern Seaboard, we run small group sessions on budgeting and debt for staff, followed by optional private consultations. The aim is fewer distracted paydays and fewer informal-loan problems, not a sales pitch for products.
- Group session on the 50/30/20 idea, adapted for Thai pay cycles
- Optional private consultations for staff who want them
- A short written summary left with the team
- No investment products sold during or after the session

“We don’t manage investments, sell insurance, or earn anything from a lender. Guidance is paid for by you or your employer — that is the only relationship in the room.”
